We removed the cedar siding on this home in Bozeman because it had started to warp and twist. We installed Tyvek house wrap and new metal lap siding with metal corners and trim. We also installed new architectural asphalt roofing. The existing cedar fascia was freshened up with a new coat of dark brown paint. A bright blue paint was chosen by the owners to contrast the front entry door and garage door with the new red siding.
This hipped roof in the Valley Center subdivision suffered hail damage and needed a new roof. We stripped off the old shingles and installed new 30 year Malarkey brand shingles in Silverwood color.
The Granite Peak Condos in Bozeman Montana suffered severe hail damage to their vinyl siding and roof. We removed the old siding and installed new Miratek trim on the corners and around the doors and winows. The LP lap siding comes pre-finished. The siding color the clients chose was Acadia and we painted the trim white. We also installed new asphalt shingles on the roof.
This farmhouse on the outskirts of Manhattan Montana was one of five roofing projects that we completed for the same owners in 2010 and 2011. The roof had to be sheathed with plywood to give us a solid surface to install the ice and water shield and new architectural asphalt shingles.
We removed the old weathered T-lock shingles from this roof, installed new cdx plywood sheathing over the top of the old board sheathing and dried in the roof with ice and water shield and titanium underlayment. We then installed new 29 guage Tuf-Rib metal panels from Bridger Steel with gable trim, eave trim, ridge, hip and chimney flashing. The metal color we installed is Hickory.
We framed this 1875 square foot residence and 675 square foot garage in the Meadow Creek Subdivision in the spring of 2010. We also installed the siding. The wet weather that spring gave us a bit of a challenge since the mud was a formidable opponent!
The homeowner on this project is a very skilled craftsman and is responsible for the design and much of the carpentry work on his home. Tyler assisted him with all aspects of this project that required an extra hand - from roofing to sheetrock.
