We removed the old weathered T-lock shingles from this roof, installed new cdx plywood sheathing over the top of the old board sheathing and dried in the roof with ice and water shield and titanium underlayment. We then installed new 29 guage Tuf-Rib metal panels from Bridger Steel with gable trim, eave trim, ridge, hip and chimney flashing. The metal color we installed is Hickory.

We framed this 1875 square foot residence and 675 square foot garage in the Meadow Creek Subdivision in the spring of 2010. We also installed the siding. The wet weather that spring gave us a bit of a challenge since the mud was a formidable opponent!

The homeowner on this project is a very skilled craftsman and is responsible for the design and much of the carpentry work on his home. Tyler assisted him with all aspects of this project that required an extra hand; from roofing to sheetrock.
