New Roof Three Forks

May, 2016

This nice little home in Three Forks was due for a new roof. We stripped off one layer of old shakes and one layer of deteriorating asphalt shingles. We then installed plywood over the old roof to cover up gaps in the old board sheathing. This created a solid surface for the new shingles. Then we dried in the roof with ice and water shield and Titanium underlayment and installed new Malarkey Highlander shingles in silverwood color. We also replaced areas of water damaged fascia and primed and painted the new fascia.
