We recently built an insulated pump house for Chuteside Veterinary near Three Forks Montana. It is customized to fit inside the existing cattle chutes - a tight space as you can see! The building was built on a concrete slab with conventional wood framing. Metal siding, roofing, soffit and fascia were installed to match the existing building.
We are currently in the process of completely remodeling this family home in Three Forks, Montana. When it's done the interior will be transformed from top to bottom. We started with demolishing the interior walls and adding structural reinforcements in the basement. The home will be brought up to code with new wiring, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, doors, drywall, paint and trim. By changing the interior layout of the original home and adding on to the East side the owners will have plenty of space for a new kitchen, dining room, mudroom and a second bathroom.
This new pole barn was built on a cattle ranch near Toston Montana. The 16' x 26' wood framed structure was finished with tuf-rib metal panels and trim.
Headwaters Seat Covers is a manufacturer of high quality custom seat covers located in Three Forks, Montana. This year, they decided that they needed more space. We built a 600 square foot commercial addition and tied it into the existing building. The addition sits on a concrete slab and has conventional 2x6 wood framing. The exterior has metal siding, roofing, soffit and fascia and the interior is also finished with metal.
This 100 year old gambrel roof home in the Bozeman Historical District suffered hail damage to the cedar roofing. We took on the challenge and installed a new roof for the owners, Beth and Sam. The roof had to be stripped off, sheathed with solid plywood sheathing, dried-in with ice and water shield and titanium underlayment and re-roofed with architectural asphalt shingles. The shingles we installed were GAF Timberline Ultra HD Lifetime shingles in Mission brown color.
The Willow Creek Church in Willow Creek Montana was in need of a new roof. There was only one layer of T-lock shingles installed on the roof. These shingles were laying down flat so we installed new 50 year Malarkey Legacy shingles over the top of the old T-locks. We also installed a custom flat stock metal roof on the bell tower.
This house is definitely a “home on the change” as you can see from remodeler, Lisa’s facebook page. She has been working diligently to remodel this family home in Three Forks and we were happy to assist with building new decks, a covered porch for the back door, installing some new windows and doors, trim, and new paint for the garden shed.
We built this new pergola to provide shade and a feeling of privacy for the alley side of this home in Three Forks Montana.
We built this garage in the fall of 2012 from the ground up. It is built on a concrete slab with walls and footers to combat the frost heaves and other challenges of Montana winters. The garage is framed with traditional wood framing and insulated and sheetrocked inside. The exterior was sided with pre-finished cement board siding to match the home. The garage also has matching Malarkey roofing and Rollex brand soffit and fascia. We installed the roofing and siding and rebuilt the TREX deck on the back of the home a few years before the garage was built.
This family home in Three Forks was in need of a new roof. We removed the exisitng roofing. All three layers of it! T-Locks, cedar shakes and rolled roofing all had to be removed to find the roof deck. After removing the old roofing we installed plywood over the original board sheathing to create a solid surface to install the new roof. Then, we dried in the roof with ice and water shield and titanium underlayment and installed new 29 guage Tuf-Rib metal roofing from Bridger Steel in Belgrade Montana. The roof metal color we installed is Light Grey.
