Harmon Enterprises was happy to help with this master bathroom remodel in a custom log home. We started by demolishing the existing bathroom fixtures and the interior wall framing. We built a new interior wall which expanded the space inside the bathroom. The plumbing and wiring were all updated. New tile flooring, custom tile shower and masonry on the vanity wall all contribute to the bathroom's beautiful new rustic look.
This home in Three Forks had a leaking roof. The existing roofing was covered with a type of liquid roof coating which was cracked and damaged. There was some water damaged roof sheathing on the eaves and some rotten subfascia which we replaced with new lumber. After the repairs, we dried in the roof with 2 layers of ice and water shield and titanium underlayment. Then, we installed new tuf-rib metal roofing and new metal fascia.
We gave this country home a full exterior paint job. This included pressure washing to remove dirt and loose paint, hand scraping, caulking and then priming any bare wood. We applied two coats of exterior paint to the masonite lap siding with a sprayer. We brushed two coats on the trim and rolled the soffits.
The Harmon Enterprisese crew built the frame and set the trusses for this large shop building in Willow Creek. We dried in the building with Tyvek on the walls and ice and water shield and Titanium underlayment on the roof.
We brightened up this older kitchen by painting all of the dark colored cabinets a light blue and installing new laminate countertops. To clean up the walls we installed white bead board paneling with new trim. Painting the ceilings, trim and doors as well as new laminate sheet flooring completed the transformation.
This is a residential dining room addition that we built in Belgrade, Montana. We managed all aspects of the project - from excavation and concrete to the final interior and exterior finishes.
We constructed the rough frame and set trusses on this new home in late fall of 2016. We also installed LP Smartside lap siding in the gables and built a gable accent in the front of the home. We dried-in the roof and installed storm grey colored Malarkey Highlander shingles. We installed the windows and doors and also the metal fascia and soffit. The owner's have since put the final touches on the home themselves.
This garage was in dire need of a new roof! The old T-lock shingles were very deteriorated. There were also layers of cedar shakes under the T-locks. The roof had to be stripped of the old roofing and sheathed with new plywood. Then we dried in the roof and installed new Malarkey Highlander shingles.
Working closely with the new home owners, our crew built this beautiful two story home from the ground up. The unique Craftsman Style house plan is called the "Tillamook". This home has all of the modern conveniences of a new home and also links us back to the architecural style of the past. The home has plenty of intricate details to admire. With its covered front porches, gable accents and pillars this house really stands out in the neighborhood.
The owners wanted to create a nice area outside to relax where they could be protected from the sun. We built a new Trex deck with a shed roof attached to the house. The new shed roof was dried in and tuf-rib metal roofing was installed. New steps with Trex railings, plywood soffits, painted by the owners, and deck skirting give the space a nice finished look.
